Our policy lasts ten days. If ten days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns and Exchanges
Since all our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns. However, there are instances where exchanges are applicable.
Reason: incorrect or faulty product
If you received a misprinted/damaged/defective item, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name, the reason for the return, and pictures illustrating the issue to initiate the process. NO NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM. Once approved, all items will be replaced with the same item in the same color only, free of charge.
Please note: in some instances, the actual graphic print might be increased in size for clarity. This is not considered a defect in product quality. Please note that colors may not be exact, but extremely close, due to digital mockup limitations and varying screen resolutions.
Reason: wrong size or change of heart
We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect sizing, change of heart on design, color, etc.
When placing an order, please make sure that you use our sizing chart to make sure you choose the correct size and double-check your order before you submit it.
Reason: wrong color, size, or item
If you received the wrong item, please contact customer service at email@example.com with your order number, name, and pictures illustrating the issue to initiate the process. NO NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM. Once approved, we will ship you the correct item, free of charge.
Reason: wrong address
If an item is returned to us as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment. To avoid any issues, please confirm that your mailing address is correct before you submit the order.
Reason: lost package
We are not responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages or incorrect shipping addresses. If your tracking number shows that your package was "successfully delivered" then it becomes the responsibility of the post office.

We cannot cancel any order after receiving payment due to the automatic processing of purchases.
