We provide international shipping. However, due to the security reasons, we can’t deliver a shipment to the military area.
We ship orders overseas by mail service.
After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be unexpected delays in shipping your order. For now, orders can ship within 5-20 business days. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you still have not received your shipping confirmation with tracking within that time at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Usually, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 5- 8 business days
International: 10-20 business days.
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you on how to track your package or you can visit the Track Order page. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive that email.

Please remember there may be unexpected delays in shipping your order due to order and production backups due to COVID-19. Consquently, orders can ship within 5-20 business days.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Since our products are made to order, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our size charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items. If this applies to your order, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong items and we’ll sort that out for you.
